Fleischerei Kölbel erhält Auszeichnung in Gold und Silber

Die Störmeder Fleischerei erhielt in den letzten Tagen zwei Auszeichnungen für die Qualitätsprodukte „lufttrockene Mettwurst mit Zwiebeln“ (Gold) und die Fleischwurst im Ring (Silber) von der Deutschen Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft (DLG). Insgesamt wurden über 2.000 verschiedene Wurst-Arten eingesandt, von denen ca. 100 prämiert wurden. Das Foto zeigt den Präsidenten des deutschen Fleischerverbands Manfred Rycken(links) und den Vorsitzenden der Lebensmittel-Kontrolleure NRW Konrad Etteler, sowie die Gewinner Markus und Elisabeth Kölbel.
