Blutprobe nach Trunkenheitsfahrt mit Zwang entnommen

Einer 30 Jahre alten Bürenerin musste in den frühen Samstagmorgenstunden nach einer Trunkenheitsfahrt in Störmede eine Blutprobe im Krankenhaus in Lippstadt mit Zwang entnommen werden. Die Autofahrerin war zuvor einer Polizeistreife in Störmede an der Erwitter Straße aufgefallen. Bei einer Fahrzeugkontrolle stellten die Beamten Alkoholgeruch bei der Autofahrerin fest. Ein Atemalkoholtest ergab einen Wert von 0,92 Promille. Bei der anschließenden Blutprobe im Krankenhaus weigerte sich die 30-jährige sich Blut abnehmen zu lassen, so dass die Polizeibeamten Zwang anwenden mussten, damit der behandelnde Arzt eine Blutprobe entnehmen konnte. Die Autofahrerin muss nun mit einem Fahrverbot, Punkten in Flensburg und einer Geldstrafe rechnen.
