Unter diesem Motto steht das von Pfarrer Thomas Schmidt und Pastor Guido Bartels initierte Programm „Offene Kirche“. Am kommenden Dienstag von 20.00 – 21.00 Uhr haben alle Mitbürger die Möglichkeit die Kirche als Ort der Stille und Besinnung kennen zu lernen. In verschiedenen Bereichen der Kirche (rechts und links vom Altar) kann man beispielsweise das Allerheiligste anbeten oder aber auch ähnlich wie bei der Klagemauer in Jerusalem seine Bitten und Gebete in die Löcher der Ziegelmauer zu stecken. Diese werden dann beim nächsten Osterfeuer verbrannt. Während dieser Stunde ist natürlich auch einer der Geistlichen anwesend und es besteht die Möglichkeit zum Gespräch oder zum Empfang des Bußsakramtents.
