Die erste Damen-40 gewann klar mit 8:1 in Mastholte, die erste Herren-30 mit 9:0 gegen Overhagen 2 und die erste Herren-60 mit 4:2 gegen Bad Wünnenberg. Dabei zeigte Franz Schweins, immerhin 75 Jahre alt, mentale Stärke. Nach einem 0:6 im ersten Satz und einem 0:4 im zweiten Satz drehte er das Spiel, gewann mit 7:6 und danach auch noch das Match-Tiebreak. Das er darüber hinaus auch noch sein Doppel mit Werner Vieregge für den TC entscheiden konnte, trug maßgeblich zum Erfolg der Mannschaft bei.
Erwähnenswert auch der sensationell gute Start der zweiten Damen-40-Mannschaft die zu Hause mit 5:4 gegen Stirpe gewann. Zurück in der Spur ist nach einem klaren 8:1 Erfolg gegen Belecke auch die erste Herren-Mannschaft.
Weitere Ergebnisse: Die zweite Herren-30 verliert mit 2:7 in Hovestadt, die Herren-50 mit 0:6 in Lippstadt und die zweite Herren-60 mit 2:4 in Esbeck.
